I had an enjoyable stay at Mintel Huamark, with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, there were some communication issues since the staff didn't speak English well, and my washroom wasn't cleaned properly at first. Overall, it was a good experience, especially with the nice coffee in the cafe and the convenience of Netflix in the room.
